Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting the implementation of initiatives for equal opportunities and anti-discrimination at IT:U under the direction of the Equal Opportunities Officer
- Organizing and coordinating workshops, training sessions, and events for students, lecturers, and staff
- Assisting in data collection and reporting on the effectiveness of equal opportunity initiatives
- Serving as a contact person for inquiries on equal treatment topics and providing resources
- Helping to maintain and update various communication channels on this topic
- Collaborating with student organizations, departments, lecturers, and other stakeholders to
promote diversity, equal opportunities, and inclusion at the university
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in DEIB-related work, event coordination, or administrative support
- Ability to facilitate discussions and training sessions on EO topics
- Strong organizational skills and project management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cultural competence and sensitivity, as well as an interest in working with diverse groups
- Very good English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
