BRIEF CHARACTERISTICS:
Digital Marketing Specialisti s a key member of the marketing team who plays a strategic role in executing and evaluating omnichannelsales strategies on the Czech and Slovak markets. This position is suited for experienced digital marketing professionals who have the ability to work with personalization and direct communication across multiple channels including email, push notifications, SMS and more.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Personalized Campaings: Execute and optimize personalized campaigns in order to achieve higher profits.
- CDP system and customer communication: Key role in Customer Data Platform (CDP) system and other customer communication systems.
- Systems Development Projects: Working with systém vendors to devise and manage projects to develop and enhance assigned systems.
- Czech and Slovak market support: Active support of marketing activities and communication with customers in the Czech and Slovak markets.
- Campaign evaluation: Implementation of both on-off and more complex automated campaigns and subsequent detailed evaluation of their success.
- Development of own ideas: The opportunity to actively contribute your own ideas and suggestions to the development of marketing strategies.
- Collaboration with the Marketing and E-commerce team: Working closely with the Marketing and E-commerce team to effectively integrate digital marketing strategies.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in marketing, digital marketing or business administration.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a multi-channel Marketplace.
- Advanced level of English.
- Salary: CZK 50.000,-- - 60.000,--
- Ability to work effectively with various digital tools and platforms.
- Experience with personalization and automation of marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Project management and ability to lead systems development projects.
